Land & Planning Law

Land law includes issues relating to ownership and title, leases and licenses, the enforcement of covenants and rights relating to land, property management, and rights by adverse possession.

Planning law includes issues concerning land resumption, changes in user and zoning, administrative and public law issues concerning land, and environmental concerns. Land and Planning law issues are critical importance to Hong Kong, given it high population density, and the significance of property to the economy.
