Julian joins chambers upon completion of his pupillages with Mr. Joseph Lee, Mr. Tom Ng, Mr. Joseph Tse SC, and Mr. Jason Yu. He is developing a broad civil and criminal practice.
Julian graduated with First Class Honours in Law from both the University of Hong Kong and University College London (fully sponsored under the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme). He then went on to complete the LLM at the University of Cambridge, followed by the PCLL at the University of Hong Kong (sponsored by the Hou De Charitable Foundation Scholarship).
During his studies, Julian represented UCL and Cambridge in various national and international competitions, winning prizes including the Best Claimant Memorandum Award in the 31st Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot and winning the XXIV Old Buildings inter-varsity moot for UCL. He also served as a research assistant throughout his studies at HKU.
