Stephy joined Chambers after completing her pupillage with Ms. Maggie Wong SC, Mr. Alexander Tang, Mr. Jason Yu, Mr. Tom Ng and Mr. Lai Chun Ho. She is currently serving as a marshal to the Hon Madam Justice Linda Chan.
Stephy is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She has appeared in the High Court for matters including shareholders’ disputes, winding up proceedings, reciprocal enforcement of Mainland judgments and taxation.
Prior to joining the Bar, Stephy obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong, where she graduated with First Class Honours and ranked first in her cohort. She subsequently obtained the Bachelor of Civil Law with Distinction from University of Oxford. Stephy has served as a marshal to the Hon Madam Justice Maria Yuen JA (sitting as Deputy High Court Judge) and Deputy High Court Judge Winnie Tsui (as the Hon Madam Justice Tsui then was) in 2024.
