DVC is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Lai JP to the Council of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Adrian was appointed alongside Andrey Gorlenko as a new member of the HKIAC Council as part of HKIAC’s latest appointments to its Council and Committees.
HKIAC is one of the world’s leading arbitral institutions, providing dispute resolution services and administering international arbitrations involving parties from across the globe. Through its Council and Committees, HKIAC plays a pivotal role in the continued development of Hong Kong as a premier center for international arbitration.
DVC Members are actively engaged in international arbitration and dispute resolution, serving as counsel, arbitrators and mediators in complex cross-border disputes, and contributing to the advancement of arbitration both in Hong Kong and internationally.
