At the HKAW Seminar “Navigating the rough seas of challenges to arbitral awards and enforcement” organised by Linklaters, Dr William Wong, S.C. joined the panel to explore the practical implications of a string of cases that have been set aside by the Hong Kong and Singapore Courts recently, and considerations tribunals and parties should take into account when devising procedures for arbitration with enforcement risks in mind.
Other panellists include Ian Mann, Partner, Harneys, Justin Tang and Ellen Zhang, both partners from Linklaters. Cecilia Choi, Managing Associate of Linklaters moderated the session.
