As the only set of Hong Kong barristers’ chambers sponsoring the 20th CIETAC CUP, Des Voeux Chambers (DVC) co-organized the 10th session of the “Voice of Moot” Training Series with CIETAC CUP last Sunday (20 November 2022). At the session, Dr William Wong, SC, JP from Des Voeux Chambers shared practical tips and notes on cross-examination and discovery in international arbitration, attracting over 27,000 viewership online (as of 23 Nov).
“Voice of Moot” is an international arbitration training series organized by the CIETAC Cup International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Leading legal practitioners and arbitrators from the mainland and Hong Kong are invited to conduct lectures before the Moot begins on 28th November in order to improve the understanding of international arbitration among mainland legal professionals. Lectures will be given to current and past competing teams of CIETAC CUP, as well as those interested in international arbitration.
