FDI Moot Shenzhen 2025—the China National Round of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot concluded last week at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
DVC members Winnie Tam SC, Chua Guan-Hock SC and CW Ling were invited to participate as arbitrators in both the In-Person Elimination Rounds and the Final Round, during which they evaluated and provided feedback on team’s performance, leveraging their extensive expertise in advocacy and international arbitration.

This prestigious competition brought together 44 university teams and over 300 participants from Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and Macau SAR. With the strong backing of 35 domestic and international organizations and leading arbitration institutions, the event featured world-class panels of arbitrators from across the globe.
