We are delighted to announce that Teresa Wu and Michael Lok has been appointed to the List of Arbitrators of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) is the region’s largest alternative dispute resolution centre. As a non-profit organisation, DIAC allows parties from all nationalities and jurisdictions to settle commercial disputes outside judicial courts. It has a pool of experienced arbitrators from different nationalities and legal backgrounds.
Teresa is on the List of Arbitrators of HKIAC and the Panel of Arbitrators of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) (also known as South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Greater Bay Area International Arbitration Centre or Shenzhen Arbitration Commission). Teresa is also an Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb).
Michael (an associate member of South Square, London) is also registered with the DIFC Courts, Singapore International Commercial Court and the Astana International Financial Centre Court.
