DVC is delighted to announce that Frances Lok SC has been appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Appeals Board for a term of three years with effect from 11 June 2025.
The appointment is made by the Chief Executive in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1)(b) of the Administrative Appeals Board Ordinance.
