Co-organised by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the International Commercial Arbitration Talent Training Programme has been successfully concluded at the International Commercial Arbitration Centre (Beijing).
Frances Lok SC was invited to participate in the Programme as a trainer. During the Programme, the faculty offered valuable practical insight to the trainees, drawing on their extensive expertise in advocacy and international arbitration. On the final day of the Programme, an Arbitration Moot involving cross-border commercial disputes was conducted in English, during which the trainees showcased what they have learnt and their commitment to international arbitration.
The Programme combined lectures, discussions and the Moot to offer a solid platform for practical training. It strengthened cooperation between Beijing and Hong Kong in cross-border legal services and supported the development of talent in cross-border commercial dispute resolution.
We extend our sincere thanks to HKIAC for the invitation and look forward to further opportunities for in-depth exchange and close collaboration between the legal communities of Beijing and Hong Kong.
