DVC is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Rachel Lam SC and the novel appointment of Sabrina Ho to the Competition Commission.
The new appointment and the re-appointment commenced on 1st May 2022 and will be effective for a term of two years.
Established under the Competition Ordinance, the Competition Commission enforces the Ordinance. The Commission investigates possible contraventions, promotes public understanding of the Ordinance, conducts market studies and advises the Government on competition matters.
