Phoebe is a Bar Scholar. She joined Chambers after completing pupillage with Mr Joseph Lee, Mr Michael Lok, Mr Jason Yu and Mr Justin Lam. 

Phoebe is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of work. She has appeared in different levels of Court, including the Court of Appeal, the High Court (as a sole advocate) and the Family Court (as a sole advocate). She has experience in both obtaining and varying injunctions; and in different contested interlocutory and substantive applications.

Prior to joining Chambers, Phoebe graduated with First Class Honours in her LLB from the London School of Economics, where she received the Dean’s Medal for Excellence (under difficult circumstances). She then obtained the PCLL at the University of Hong Kong, and the LLM at the University of Cambridge, during which she was awarded the DVC Harry Liu Postgraduate Scholarship.

Phoebe has also achieved distinction in multiple international moots, including the Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot, Oxford International IP Moot, Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and LSE Human Rights Moot.
