Regina joined Chambers in 2024 following completion of pupillage with Mr Joseph Tse SC, Mr Christopher Chain SC, Mr Jason Yu and Mr Kerby Lau.
Regina is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. During limited practice, Regina has already been instructed to appear as a led advocate before the Court of Appeal and as a sole advocate before the High Court.
Prior to joining Chambers, Regina ranked first overall in her LLB class at University College London. She then obtained the BCL from the University of Oxford. During her studies, she was awarded multiple academic prizes and scholarships, including the Andrews Medal & Prize (for the top graduate), Sweet & Maxwell Prize (for the top finalist), the DVC BCL Scholarship and the DVC Harry Liu Postgraduate Scholarship.
Regina is also appointed as a part-time lecturer (non-clinical) at the University of Hong Kong teaching Equity and Trusts.
