DVC is delighted to announce that Gary Lam, who was a member of Des Voeux Chambers from 2007 to 2024, has been appointed a District Judge with effect from 28 Aug 2024.
The appointment is made by the Chief Executive on the recommendation of the Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission.
