Jointly organised by the Hong Kong International Legal Talents Training Academy and the Shaanxi Province Lawyers Association, the Hong Kong Common Law & Dispute Resolution Practical Training Course took place last week, bringing together over 80 legal practitioners from mainland China.
Dr. William Wong, SC led the opening session of the day, providing valuable insights into Common Law and Hong Kong Court Procedures. Following that, Adrian Lai delivered an engaging presentation on Unfamiliar Procedural Tools in International Arbitration, and later joined Dr. Yang Ling in demonstration of a mock international arbitration.
