In light of the strong interest in the topic, we are pleased to announce an updated programme for the Des Voeux Chambers Oxford–HKU Visiting Fellowship Lecture – Equitable Remedies in the Supreme Court. The lecture will now be presented as two one-hour seminars, scheduled for 1 and 16 April. In these sessions, speakers will examine four recent landmark decisions of the UK Supreme Court on breach of fiduciary duty and third-party liability, and will explore their implications for equitable remedies.
