Winnie Tam SC, has been appointed to chair the Communications Authority for a term of at least 1 year, ending 31st March 2019.
Winnie Tam SC will be responsible for licensing and regulating the broadcasting and telecommunications industries in HK.
She was formerly the head of the Bar Association and is a member of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and the advisory committee on corruption of the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
