DVC’s Winnie Tam SBS, SC, JP spoke together with Paul Shieh SC at a talk titled “From Legal Strategies to Business Opportunities” at the recent LexisNexis® In-house Legal & Compliance Conference 2022 on 2 December 2023. The talk was held at the Asia Society Hong Kong Centre. Over 100 senior executives, in-house counsel and legal professionals attended the talk.
In the session, Winnie explored with the audience the changing role of in-house counsel in modern corporations and risk management in relation to IP rights and dispute resolution.
