DVC is delighted to announce that our member Frances Lok will be appointed Senior Counsel of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region this year.
Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal, Mr. Andrew Cheung, announced the appointment of three Senior Counsel today (26 March 2024). The appointments will take effect from the date of the Instrument of Appointment, which will be executed on 11 May 2024, at the ceremonial proceedings in the Court of Final Appeal.
