DVC is delighted to announce that Frances Lok SC and Sabrina Ho have been appointed as Deputy Chairmen of the Panel of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) for a period of three years with effect from 1 October 2024.
The appointment is made by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65(1) of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Chapter 112) and delegated to him by the Chief Executive.
