Kaiser Leung recently spoke at the opening event of the Seoul ADR Festival 2024 co-hosted by the Society of Construction Law Korea (SCL Korea) and the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong. The theme of the event was “Commercial, Cultural and Legal Challenges in Cross-Border Construction Projects”.
Kaiser had the pleasure of being joined by Sangchul Kim (Bae, Kim & Lee LLC), Sangyub Sean Lee (KCAB INTERNATIONAL), Peter Turner KC (39 Essex Chambers) and Ji Yoon (June) Park (HKIAC). The panel focused on the challenges in cross-border construction projects when disputes arise from the perspectives of Hong Kong, Korea and the Middle East.
