DVC’s Head of Chambers, John Scott QC, SC, JP, Mairéad Rattigan and Frances Irving are currently working on a new groundbreaking procedure in Hong Kong to enable private Adjudication of Financial Disputes in Matrimonial and Family disputes, assisted by training from UK experts. The Pilot scheme will seek to take this type of dispute out of the courts and into private adjudicators’ hands, whilst maintaining Court Supervision of the process.
