Invited by the Shenzhen Lawyers Association and Shenzhen University GBA Foreign-related Legal Practice Institute, Winnie Tam SC and Frances Lok SC from Des Voeux Chambers delivered a lecture on the Theory and Practice of International Arbitration last week, bringing together 51 Shenzhen lawyers practising in foreign-related work.
During the lecture, Ms. Tam and Ms. Lok provided an in-depth analysis of the legal framework governing international arbitration, the drafting of arbitration agreements, procedural considerations, and interim measures. The event was highly interactive, with vibrant discussions and thoughtful questions from a well-prepared and engaged audience.
