DVC is pleased to announce that Douglas Lam SC has been appointed Chairperson and Patrick Siu as a panel member of the Stablecoin Review Tribunal, for a term of three years from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2028.
The appointment is made by the Chief Executive in exercise of the authority under the Stablecoins Ordinance (Cap. 656) (the Ordinance). The Stablecoin Review Tribunal is established under the Ordinance to, upon receipt of appeals, review specified decisions of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority made under the Ordinance
