The fourth edition of SHIAC Academy, co-hosted by the Shanghai International Arbitration Center, SHIAC (HK), Fangda Partners, and Des Voeux Chambers, will take place next week in Shanghai. The event, titled “Chinese Enterprises in Cross-Border Arbitration and Insights from Hong Kong Law (中资企业跨境仲裁与香港法律洞察)”, will focus on the complex legal disputes and arbitration challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in the course of their cross-border business expansion.
