Following a well-received Quarter 2 series, the DVC Legal Series 2026 now moves into Quarter 3. DVC Legal Series in Q3 consists of a lineup of sessions, from cryptocurrency, to liquidation/restructuring, creditor and shareholder rights and strategies, contractual doctrines and mental health and probate. We are particularly delighted to spotlight a special DVC–HKIAC Joint Seminar which will examine the convergence of arbitration and insolvency.
