HKIAC and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) will hold a joint seminar during China Arbitration Week 2024 in Beijing on 23 September under the theme “Arbitration Rules for Users”.
Frances Lok SC from Des Voeux Chambers will join distinguished speakers, including Chungang DongChungang Dong from Jiangtian & Gongcheng, Tianyu MATianyu MA from Rajah & Tann Asia and Denning JinDenning Jin from Jin Partners to debate on Conflicts of Interest in Arbitration with a high-level overview or detailed analysis. Jun Ma from Beijing International Commercial Court moderated the session.
This co-organised event is an excellent opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding from multiple perspectives of arbitration institutions, in-house counsel, judge, lawyers and arbitrators.
